Experiencing this error, on upsert:

HTTPSConnectionPool(host='xxxx.svc.us-east1-gcp.pinecone.io', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /vectors/upsert (Caused by SSLError(SSLEOFError(8, 'EOF occurred in violation of protocol (_ssl.c:2427)')))

Is it the cause something similar as related here? Max retries exceeded with url: /vectors/upsert - Error on Pinecone side or my side?

Estou enfrentando um problema semelhante, poderia me auxiliar e explicar como você resolveu seu problema?
No meu console, aparece a mensagem:

MaxRetryError: HTTPSConnectionPool(host=‘index-pdfs-unknown.svc.us-west1-gpc.pinecone.io’, port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /describe_index_stats (Caused by NewConnectionError(‘<urllib3.connection.HTTPSConnection object at 0x0000021E98E649D0>: Failed to establish a new connection: [Errno 11001] getaddrinfo failed’))

No meu caso o problema foi resolvido depois de uma hora. Não precisei alterar nada.
