Will the standard plan eliminate "Failed to connect; did you specify the correct index name?" problem?

Hello,
we are receiving this error: Failed to connect; did you specify the correct index name?
If we upgrade to to the standard plan, will it be resolved?

could you post a snippet of the code you are using? The important thing is to use the correct environment and index name.
