Why my Token in Pinecone Assistance is not reset?

Hello , I am new to using Pinecone here. Last month around October , I using Pinecone Free tier to testing my RAG Engine and using 1.5 Input token which is reaching limit. Then I upgrade to standard tier and continue testing another 2 Input million token then paid the bill at the end of October and change back to free tier.

First after change it’s look like Input token is reset to 0 , but today i checked and try to testing again with free tier , it’s showing my input token is 3.4 millions which is seem not to be possible in my understanding (I understand that Input token is reset every month.)

Why it’s been like this , can someone explain to me ? And most important questions , how I fixed it or I have to paid for Standard tier again because it’s not seem fair.

The token limits on Pinecone Assistant within free tier are cumulative and do not reset monthly. You can see more details at Pricing | Pinecone . For use beyond these limits, you would need to upgrade to Standard tier. The standard trial may be helpful if you need more credits for your testing or development. Thanks for using Assistant!

Thank you for response , I try to using standard trial. But it’s seem not available for me. Is it for new registered account only ?
