User Blocked access. Did not get any reply from support

Whenever i try to login to the account it is showing user blocked. Please help as this is affecting our Production. Our db is facing downtime

Hi @tarang. I don’t see any support tickets tied to your email address in our system. And it looks like your account has always been free, so it shouldn’t be blocked. How did you reach out for help? And which email address did you use to do so?
