Just tried again and got

This looks to be a Flowise issue and not a Pinecone one, as I do not see any mention of Pinecone in the error.

Flowise normally produces an error in the bottom left when it has connection problems with other services like Pinecone or OpenAI.

How did you resolve this issue? I’m experiencing the same error when trying to embed in Flowise. It has recently been deployed to production.
Thank you!

Hi @fernanda.silva and welcome to the Pinecone community forums!

If Flowise is indeed down or experiencing availability issues, you’ll need to wait until they’ve been able to restore service.

You might also try reaching out to Flowise support.

Hope that helps.

Best,
Zack

You might be running into compatibility or configuration issues between Flowise and Pinecone. Try checking your API keys, index settings, and ensuring both services are up to date. If the problem persists, reviewing Flowise’s documentation or Pinecone’s community forums might help troubleshoot further. Let me know if you need more details!
