Unable to verify account

I have a company email taimurshaikh@venturecopilot.app with which I have the Pinecone Standard plan. The account I am writing this from is my personal free tier account. I tried to login to my company account yesterday and was prompted that a verification code was sent to my email. I have tried numerous times to resend the code but I am not receiving it in any of my inboxes. I have submitted two Sev-1 tickets and have gotten no response from Pinecone. Please reply to us ASAP as this issue is delaying our product launch. Is there no way to recover my account?

I’m having the same issue. I can user a personal email address but I can’t use a Google group address to setup our account or receive invitations.
