Question on set up interruption

Is it correct to assume that starting with one pod at the basic level which has replica=1: If there were some technical failure, do we have to worry about the “availability” due to any interruption? Would you restore/bring up the pod? Essentially the question is: Is the basic set up Interruption free?

Yes, in case of any issues we would work to get the pod back online for you. Having an additional replica, however, would minimize the downtime and would also increase your throughput (if that matters to you). I should clarify that we cannot guarantee 100% uptime on the free plan. Only that we monitor uptime and work to minimize interruptions. Do you have a specific availability requirement?
