I’m currently on the free trial. If I delete an index, will I be able to create a new one?
Also is there any way to clear out all the vectors in an index?

As per documentation yes! You can delete all vectors without destroying your index. Also your limit on free tier is having 1 index. You can destroy yours and create a new one, but if your index is initialized fine and you have no problems with it, I would rather delete vectors inside and upsert new ones
