Pinecone service outage AWS serverless

Hi there,

our application has stopped working for 5 hours now. We cannot query the database. When can we expect the service to resume operations?
Pinecone have now announced doubling of price while we were barely using our original subscription to it maximum. All this to have the a services interruption this bad. I am very disappointed by what is happening.

Hi @ederelk, we apologize for the service interruption. We experienced an incident in our AWS us-east-1 environment that has since been resolved. A timeline is available on our status page.

I took a look at your project and do not see any errors in the past two hours. If you’re still receiving errors on your read operations, please submit a support ticket so we can discuss the matter in a private setting. Any continued errors are unlikely to be related to the environment-wide impact from earlier today.
