Pinecone records won't load

Hey - My records won’t load and I get the continous spinning icon. This has been going on for a few hours now. Anyone know if this is normal?

Can you do a hard refresh and see if that solves the issue?
Do you see this with any other indexes?

I’ve tried hard refresh and it’s the same.

It happens on another too, but one of them loads with no issues. One thing we did change recently is passing a unique ID in the namespace. Would that cause a problem?

This seems to be resolved now. I didn’t change anything this side.

We rolled out a fix; There was a bug with namespaces that contained a space.

We really appreciate you taking the time to report the issue and telling us it’s fixed.
