Migrating pod-based index to serverless index

I’d like to migrate all the data I have in my pod-based index to my serverless index.

I’d also like to change the id of each item in the index (to support ‘delete by prefix’).

If there’s a tool that will help me do this - great!

If not - how can I query ALL the vector IDs in my pod-based index?
