Index migrated to serverless from legacy plan is stuck on Initializing

Attempt #1: Using Migrate to serverless option the collection was successfully created but index was stuck on “Initializing” after loading 22k+ vectors (35% of the total vector count) I waited for 24 hours for attempt #2.

Attempt #2: Again tried with Migrate to serverless this time 21k+ vectors were added and it got stuck.

Attempt #3: Tried with Create Index from collection and again it is stuck at 21k+ vectors.

Here is how metric graph of Vector Count looks like

There is no incident related to index creation at https://status.pinecone.io/

What can be the issue?
