Increased Query timeouts/Latencies leading to downtime (Us-east-1, serverless)

Hi,

For the past 5 hours (beginning 4:30am GMT today) our serverless index in us-east-1 is facing query timeouts from pinecone. We can see query latencies upwards of 20 seconds occasionally when it goes through. Is there a known issue in us-east-1. Is anyone else also facing this ?
