The pod fullness shown in the metrics do not match the percentage of pod fullness shown at the top of the page.
The top of the page shows a pod fullness of 20% whereas the metric page shows a pod fullness of 70%. Am I missing something?
After raising a support ticket, I received the following response from pinecone.
Thank you for contacting Pinecone Support. The pod fullness metric chart, due to its horizontal scale, may not immediately display changes. You should rely on the pod fullness percentage at the top of the index page for the most accurate measurement.
If the issue persists and the graph does not show the change after a few hours, please let me know, and I will escalate the issue.
