I am trying to import data into my AWS us-east-1 serverless index but keep getting the message “We were unable to process your request. If the problem persists, please contact us at https://support.pinecone.io”
I am pretty sure my parquet files are in the correct format. What can I do to resolve this? Is this an issue on Pinecones side?
Hi! We’re currently looking into this on our side as well. Seems to be some issues with the amount of resources available to process these imports. You would get a more descriptive error if your parquet files were malformed, so this seems like something on our end to fix and the team is looking into it as we speak.
You can retry the import, and/or open a support ticket with us to get more specific guidance to help yours succeed.

Got it resolved with help from Dean, it was a hybrid index importing issue. Thanks!
