I have 0 projects and can't create a new one in my starter account

I just opened a starter account to test a program integration before moving to a paid account. I didn’t like the initial project name so I deleted it and am attempting to create a new project. When I try to do so I receive the following message:

Project failed to create. Request failed. You’ve reached the max pods allowed in organization (0). To increase this limit, contact support@pinecone.io.

I have zero projects and have not created any indexes - am not using any resources.

btw - the initial onboarding experience isn’t great. just trying to get started is failing and when I send an email to support it replies saying I don’t have access to support unless I pay…

***EDIT: Quick update on the onboarding comment. While the initial failure and email support issue weren’t great, the team has been fantastic about replying in the forums and implementing a quick fix. Overall A+

Thanks for reaching out about this.

Our development team identified a bug that was causing this, but it should be fixed now.

Could you try creating a project again and let us know how it looks on your end?
