I get "Unauthorized" for the support ticket

Hi

Please fix the support ticket form. I accidentally clicked the Upgrade button near to Severity field right side dropdown arrow. It navigated me to the plans page and when I came back, all text I had wrote to the Description field had cleared out. After re-typing all the text I get “Unauthorized” error when trying to submit the ticket.

One update. I loaded the webpage again and it worked after that. I managed to submit the ticket on the third try.

Great thank you, I see that ticket and we will work with you there to resolve. We’ll also investigate the ‘unauthorised’ message you received.
