I wish to delete an organisation in pinecone. It does not have any projects currently and all indexes and components have been deleted. However, I am unable to delete the organisation as it asks for the project to be downgraded to starter plan and I am unable to downgrade to a starter plan as I am on Azure. Kindly help me delete an empty organisation.

Welcome to the community.
From looking at your account, I suspect you need to downgrade to the Starter tier. Then, you will be able to delete the organisation.
When using the cloud marketplace for payment, the easiest way to do that is to cancel the subscription. This will trigger the organisation to drop to the starter tier.
Then, you can delete the organisation from the Organisation Manage page

@patrick1 Even though I have cancelled the subscription from Azure portal, the plan in pinecone is still standard. Is there a wait time for it to be auto downgraded? Could you please help us figure it out.
@hmalolan Can you please share a screenshot of where you are told that you must downgrade a project to the Starter plan? I’d like to take a look at this modal and confirm the expected behavior.
Additionally, can you please share the name or ID of the organization you intend to downgrade? I see that you are a member of two organizations, and it appears one was recently downgraded.
