See screenshot above. We’re trying to increase our api limit for updating records in our sparse index db but we’re not able to submit a support ticket. I even upgraded support plan to see if that was the issue and it still wouldn’t let me submit.
Error:
Attempt 1 failed (An unexpected error occured while calling the endpoint. Request failed. You’ve reached the max update records per second for namespace (100 per second). Pace your update requests or contact Pinecone Support to request a higher limit. Status: 429.)
