I’m trying to upgrade my plan.
I’m located in Spain and the card I am using is active, has enough funds and has been recently used for other online payments.
The card is Mastercard.
Whenever I try to upgrade my plan (from free to pro) I get this error:
“Error processing card. Please check your card information and try again. Se ha producido un error de procesamiento.”
If I try with other cards, the answer is the same.
