Error code 13 - No idea why

Hi,
This morning when I try to login to pinecone, I can see my index and the number of dimensions of that index. However I am getting this when I try to open it:
Query failed. Error: {“code”:13,“message”:“We were unable to process your request. If the problem persists, please contact us at https://support.pinecone.io”,“details”:}

I am also getting errors when trying to use an external system and connect into pinecone. Anyone have any ideas? I can confirm that the status page looks all clear

Welcome to the Pinecone community. I’m sorry for our delay in responding, and for those failures you were seeing. Can you share an update? Did this start working again for you? If not, can you share any code or additional details about how you’re interacting with Pinecone?
