Bug in Extractive Question Answering sample notebook, or user error?

Hi Pinecone community!

I was looking at this doc regarding Extractive Question Answering

I cloned the notebook here

When I ran it, everything worked fine until this particular cell

I’m attaching a screenshot of the error I get.

Am I doing something wrong, or is this a minor bug within the notebook code?

Hi @ryanpollock, and sorry for the late reply. I was unable to reproduce this issue since the attached notebook no longer exists - but please reopen if you are still experiencing it.
