Are there any limitations on record ID length?

Hello -

Are there any limitations on the length of record IDs?

I’m following the recommended setup for ID prefixes outlined here: Manage RAG documents - Pinecone Docs

I don’t want to generate an ID that would be too long.

Hi @mat, the length of the ID must be less than or equal to 512 characters.
