Adding More documents using Flowise

I have a flowise project that has a PDF document that we query. This is upserted using a PDF File tool. We need to add more documents. What is the correct procedure.
Do I change the document in the pinecone and upsend.
Add another PDF File to the project. ( Will this duplicate the existing document )

Any help appreciated.
