504 error gateway timeout on pinecone.create_index call

keep getting this error today. yesterday i didn’t have any problems. any ideas…?

pinecone.core.client.exceptions.ServiceException: (504)
Reason: Gateway Timeout

+1 on this, really frustrating doesn’t work from SDK or console

i ended up deleting my entire project and restarting a new one, and i was able to make a new index in a new environment (geography.)

kinda ridiculous, no discord or anything either, i just switched over to weaviate instead
