Not able to access Pinecone due billing issue with AWS Marketplace

Hi Pinecone support,

We are not able to access Pinecone account due to some billing issues with AWS marketplace. We are using Pinecone for quite ling time and have not seen such billing issues before. Seems there are some problem from Pinecone side. Please fix this issue ASAP.
