It looks like we have two accounts, and we’re currently using the account linked to my Google account not the direct email. Would it be possible to increase the indexes on the google account? Otherwise we’d need to migrate the index from one account to another. Thank you.
Hey Kareem, after looking into it some more I understand your original message better now. You suspected that you had two accounts with the same email address, one created through Google and one through email signup. And you were right. The one created through Google has the index you want, and we’ve now upped the free quota on that to 5. Just continue to log in through Google.
