I am trying to delete an index via the UI, response is that it is terminating but then when I refresh, it says “ready” again
I actually want to re-create it in order to change its dimension
Seems it was just a UI issue, it was deleted after all
update: so after deleting the index I am unable to create a new one, getting “Initialization failed” all the time
ideas?
Hi @danny. I checked, and I see two indexes on your account, and from what I see that they’re both online and available. Are you still seeing issues with either of them? If so, which one(s) is showing unavailable?
I am now member of 2 organizations, one is MyHeritage where I have an unavailable index and the other is “MyHeritage AWS” where I am good.
